Our customised puzzle service lets you choose your preferred puzzle style online, then upload your image easily via QR code. Each puzzle is printed and prepared with care at our Sylvia Park store, ensuring high quality and attention to detail.

How it works

1. Scan the QR code or Click HERE to
   Choose your desired puzzle style and upload your photo.
   ✍️ Please write down your order number shown after upload.
   

2. Complete your purchase online
   Add your chosen puzzle to cart and, at checkout, enter your order number from step 1 in the “Order Instructions” box.

3. Checkout
   That's it - you're all set!
   

4. We'll handle the rest
   Your image is securely sent to our Sylvia Park store, where your customised puzzle is printed and processed by our team.

Puzzle assembly

• All customised puzzles are supplied assembled by default.

• If you would like your puzzle unassembled (in pieces), please let us know by leaving online order instructions.
